• FSA designation preferred.
• Approximately 8-12+ years of relevant actuarial experience.
• Strong exposure to US annuity products and pricing methodologies.
• Experience in product development, financial modelling or actuarial strategy.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance profitability, risk and market competitiveness.
• Strong stakeholder management and project leadership capabilities.
