Job Details:

  • 2-3 full-time MD positions available

  • 13-week contract engagement

  • Anesthesia team consists of 4 physicians and 10 advanced practice providers (CRNA/AA)

  • 10 operating rooms staffed daily with an average of 25 cases per day

  • NORA sites include Cath Lab, Endoscopy, and Interventional Radiology

  • Case types include Bariatric, Orthopedic/Spine, Vascular, Neurosurgery, GYN, GI, Endoscopy, ENT, and Urology

  • No trauma, pediatric, or OB cases

  • 100% supervision/medical direction model

  • Charting system: Medaxion EMR

  • Daily start time: 7:00 AM

  • Typical non-call schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • Typical on-call day schedule: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM with beeper call from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Monday through Friday

  • Weekend call is beeper only with 24-hour call shifts (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM)

  • Call frequency: 1:4 rotation

  • Post-call policy: First out

  • No regularly scheduled weekend ORs

  • Average 40 hours worked per week
