Candidate Source is hiring a Baler for a growing manufacturer in Henrico, VA. This is a hands-on, temp-to-hire opportunity with a Thursday through Saturday schedule, leaving four days off each week.

Shift/Hours
  • Thursday-Saturday
  • 6:00 AM-7:30 PM
  • Full-time, temp-to-hire
  • Opportunity for overtime
Job Duties
  • Keep the work area clean by picking up scrap material and pallet pieces
  • Organize cardboard using the baler machine
  • Keep exterior areas near the loading dock clean and organized
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed
Job Requirements
  • Previous baler experience is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate
  • Able to work independently and stay on task
  • Strong attention to detail
