Interventional Cardiologists - San Francisco VA $375/Hour Plus Travel

Goldfish Locums is recruiting three board-certified interventional cardiologists for an anticipated contract assignment at the San Francisco VA Medical Center in San Francisco, California .

Compensation

• $375/hour for scheduled clinical coverage.
• $48.75/hour for scheduled on-call standby.
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice coverage provided.
• Callback and holiday compensation reviewed before commitment.

Assignment

• Anticipated start: December 1, 2026 , subject to contract award and credentialing.
• Anticipated initial term: 12 months , with potential extensions.
• Full-time weekday onsite coverage.
• Shared after-hours STEMI call.
• Diagnostic cardiac catheterization and interventional cardiology services, including PCI.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology .
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience .
• Active, unrestricted medical license in a U.S. state or territory.
• Current DEA registration, BLS, and ACLS.
• Demonstrated competency in interventional procedures, moderate sedation, airway management, and fluoroscopy.
• Ability to meet VA credentialing, privileging, and background requirements.
