- Evaluate and assess adult patients with gastrointestinal symptoms and conditions.
- Provide office-based consultations and inpatient call coverage.
- Perform upper and lower endoscopic procedures, including EGD and colonoscopy.
- Perform PEG tube placement and esophageal dilation.
- Review diagnostic findings and coordinate appropriate follow-up care.
- Develop and continue treatment plans for gastrointestinal conditions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with the care team.
Required:
- Board certification.
- Active New York physician license in hand.
- AHA BLS and ACLS or RQI certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent gastroenterology experience within the last 2 years.
- Experience with PEG tube placement and esophageal dilation.
- Upper and lower scope experience.
- Epic experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
