Join our family owned team as a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) A Truck Driver and take the wheel of our fleet to deliver freight efficiently and safely across various routes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to operate a tractor-trailers OTR Semi Trucks and 53' trailers. • $0.75CPM all miles paid
• 3500 miles
• $2500 weekly check
• Direct deposit every Friday

Class A OTR Owner Operators $2000 Sign-on Bonus

• Dry Van
• Gross $8500
• Company fee 12% from gross
• Trailer rent is $250 per week, which includes our maintenance, with no charge upon return
• Fuel Card with full discount (RTS fuel card); you will have an app to see the best fuel discounts
• Pre pass $6 weekly
• Cargo $300 weekly
• ELD $40 weekly
• Motive Dascam $10 weekly
• Direct deposit every Friday
• 5 years OTR minimum
• after first two weeks completed

Requirements:

• Clean record
• MVR and PSP consent
• References from previous employers
• Macropoint and other apps for tracking

Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial trucks, tractor-trailers on over-the-road (OTR) routes.
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS navigation systems to meet delivery schedules while optimizing fuel consumption.
• Comply with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration), DOT (Department of Transportation).
• Handle logistics cargo with care.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Document all deliveries accurately in logs and reports; communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding route status or issues.
• Maintain a professional driving record by adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial truck driving with a valid CDL A license; familiarity with manual transmission preferred.
• Understanding of FMCSA regulations, DOT rules.
• Skilled in route driving using GPS navigation systems to optimize delivery times across diverse routes including OTR driving routes.
• Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record; experience in delivery driving across various freight types is preferred.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with dispatch teams
