Join a growing, established plaintiff-side personal injury practice Work on a diverse caseload ranging from motor vehicle accidents to serious and catastrophic injury claims Opportunity to take meaningful ownership of cases and client relationships Collaborative, team-oriented environment Strong support staff and established case-management processes Opportunity for professional growth and increased responsibility Firm invests in ongoing training and professional development Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Flexible PTO Work with experienced personal injury and trial attorneys Job Details Manage a caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury matters from initial investigation through settlement and/or litigation Develop case strategy and evaluate liability, damages, insurance coverage, and potential case value Communicate regularly with clients regarding case progress and strategy Negotiate claims and settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, demands, and other legal documents Conduct and defend depositions Work closely with medical providers, experts, investigators, and other professionals Attend hearings, conferences, mediations, arbitrations, and other court proceedings Prepare cases for litigation and trial as appropriate Maintain case deadlines and ensure matters progress efficiently Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and other attorneys throughout the lifecycle of each case 3+ years of personal injury experience preferred Strong plaintiff-side PI experience is ideal, but attorneys with transferable litigation or insurance defense experience may be considered Pennsylvania Bar admission required Strong negotiation, writing, client communication, and case-management skills Ability to independently manage a busy caseload while maintaining a high level of client service Interested in hearing more?
