The Organization is looking for a bright, energetic Manager to lead in the day-to-day management of our affordable housing portfolio in the Bronx. This portfolio is a mix of LIHTC and HUD properties. There are 1400 units in 10 properties. Applicant MUST have experience supervising a portfolio of affordable housing assets (3 years or more) along with managing a team of direct reports. Our Company is the largest developer and manager of affordable housing in New York City.
