Real Estate Branch Manager

DESCRIPTION:

We seek a dynamic, strategic, results-driven Real Estate Branch Manager to lead and grow our brokerage office. This role oversees branch performance, focusing on recruiting top-producing, experienced agents and high-potential new talent while driving agent retention and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will foster an empowering sales culture, coach agents through complex real estate transactions, and execute strategic growth plans aligned with company goals. Candidates must hold an active Pennsylvania real estate license and have a minimum of 2-5 years of successful real estate sales experience with a proven track record of closed transactions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactively identify, attract, and recruit top-producing, experienced agents and high-potential new talent.
• Drive agent retention and foster an empowering, results-driven sales culture.
• Coach agents and guide them through complex real estate transactions.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans to increase revenue and strengthen branch performance.
• Oversee daily office operations and maintain strict legal and ethical compliance.

COMPENSATION:

$60,000 to $80,000 plus bonus.
