Mb Staffing Services is seeking a knowledgeable, detail-oriented Risk Management Insurance Coordinator to support the insurance compliance, contractual risk transfer, and claims management functions of a major public utility authority.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who understands that effective risk management goes beyond reviewing policies about protecting assets, strengthening compliance, and supporting critical operations.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate insurance coverage requirements, policy limits, and deductibles for contracts, bids, and solicitations.
• Review Certificates of Insurance (COIs), endorsements, and contractor compliance documentation.
• Coordinate and manage General Liability, Property, and Automobile claims, including self-insured claims.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers, brokers, third-party administrators, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support ROCIP administration, claims tracking, risk reporting, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Maintain accurate insurance and claims records, using data to identify risks and support informed decisions.

What Makes You a Strong Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field; equivalent education and relevant experience considered.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in insurance compliance, risk management, claims administration, contract administration, or procurement support.
• Working knowledge of Commercial General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Automobile Liability, Umbrella/Excess Liability, Professional Liability, and Builder's Risk.
• Experience reviewing COIs, insurance endorsements, and contractual insurance requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
