We are seeking experienced Tax Managers to join established and growing public accounting firms across the United States.

This is an excellent opportunity for tax professionals looking to take the next step in their careers, manage a diverse client portfolio and play a key role in delivering high-quality tax advisory and compliance services.

The position offers a hybrid working arrangement , providing flexibility between working from home and collaborating with colleagues in the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review federal, state and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships and corporations.
• Provide tax planning and advisory services to a diverse client base.
• Research complex tax matters and ensure compliance with evolving tax legislation.
• Identify tax-saving opportunities and develop effective tax strategies.
• Manage client relationships and provide proactive tax advice.
• Oversee and mentor junior tax professionals.
• Support tax audits and liaise with relevant tax authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional tax experience, ideally within public accounting.
• CPA or EA qualification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US federal and state taxation.
• Experience preparing and reviewing complex tax returns.
• Excellent communication, analytical and client management skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
