Tax Manager

Tax Manager w/ Top National CPA Firm - Denver, CO (Hybrid)

Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000

Our client is a Top National CPA Firm who are looking to add a talented Tax Manager (generalist) to their team in Denver, CO on a Hybrid Schedule. What you'll be doing:

• Lead complex tax compliance and consulting engagements
• Review S Corporation, C Corporation, partnership, multistate, and individual returns
• Partner directly with clients on tax planning and technical matters
• Lead client meetings and develop strong advisory relationships
• Mentor, coach, and develop associates
• Manage engagements, budgets, staffing, and delivery
• Continue building an area of technical specialization
• Identify opportunities to bring additional value and services to clients

Qualifications:

• CPA required
• 5+ years of tax experience
• Strong knowledge of federal income tax and individual/business taxation
• Strong client communication and leadership skills

Benefits:

• Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000
• Discretionary Bonus in June
• Milestone Bonus Program ($10,000 - $15,000 Bonus for each promotion level )
