A well-established public accounting firm is expanding and looking to add several Tax Managers to their team. These are newly created roles driven by growth - not backfills.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage complex tax compliance engagements, ensuring quality, budget, and deadlines are met
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Manage client and staff expectations through clear, proactive communication
• Mentor and advise associates on tax and accounting matters
• Contribute to firm-wide initiatives and take on internal leadership opportunities
• Plan, staff, and schedule engagements across teams and clients

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience in corporate, partnership, and individual tax compliance
• CPA license (required)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's a plus
• Strong tax research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Compensation: $140,000-$170,000, commensurate with experience
