The role combines outpatient practice and inpatient urology, with established referral relationships, dedicated nursing support, and shared call among physicians.Opportunity Highlights:

• Provide a combination of outpatient and inpatient urology care.
• Shared physician call rotation.
• Predictable clinic schedule with protected administrative time.
• Dedicated nursing support and established support staff.
• Primary care network provides referral support.
• More than 1,100 urologic procedures performed during the last calendar year.
• Dedicated operating room block time throughout the week.
• Three operating rooms available on Fridays, including one lithotripsy room.
• Available technology includes Da Vinci XI and DV5 robotic systems, lithotripsy and laser technology, and updated cystoscopes.
• Aquablation technology available, including a robotic system.
• Cerner electronic medical record with Dragon dictation and ambient AI charting.
• No J-1 or H-1B sponsorship.
Procedures and Services:
• Robotic partial, simple, and radical nephrectomy.
• Robotic prostatectomy.
• Percutaneous nephrolithotomy and percutaneous nephroureterectomy.
• Lithotripsy and ureteroscopy.
• Transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP).
• Transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT).
• Hydrocelectomy and testicular torsion procedures.
• Penile prosthesis implantation.
• UroLift and other benign prostatic hyperplasia procedures.
• Cystoscopy with stent insertion.
• Pelvic floor Botox injections and cystoscopy with Bulkamid.
• Sacral nerve root implantation.
• Aquablation.
Candidate Requirements:
• MD or DO degree.
• Visa sponsorship: J-1 and H-1B are not accepted.
