Assignment Details
• Start/end: Full-time starting new year 2027, ongoing
• Schedule: Full-time clinic coverage plus 2-3 days of OR time ( 36 hours/week, days/time flexible); system call based out of Wausau 7-10 days/month including one weekend (variable by commitment length); may include 1-2 days/month outreach to Wisconsin Rapids; beeper call, 30-min response
• Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours + call, inpatient and outpatient
• Volume: 16 clinic patients/shift
• Setting: Level 3 trauma, stroke certified, admissions required; clinic and OR in Stevens Point
• Support: 1 RN, 2 MAs, 2 PA/NPs, 1 office staff
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing: 90 days
Clinical Details
• Required scope: General adult urology
• Preferred scope: Advanced endoscopic techniques, laparoscopic surgeries, PCNL, ureteroscopy, radical cystectomy, radical prostatectomy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, pelvic node dissection, robotic surgery, partial nephrectomy/intraoperative ultrasound, adrenalectomy, renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy, TRUS biopsies, fertility work-up, incontinence procedures, penile prosthesis, ESWL, renal transplant surgery
• Rounds on assigned patients
Requirements
• Board certified in Urology
• License: any state accepted
• BLS
• Active DEA
Compensation
• Rate negotiable, open to your number
